The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer by sending the goods via courier service.
Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (whereby delivery is not made on the territory of AP Kosovo and Metohija).
For all orders worth less than 5,000.00 dinars, the consumer, accepting the terms of use, undertakes to, on behalf of the delivery costs, when taking over the shipment, pay directly to the courier the amount of 400.00 dinars with VAT. For all orders worth 5,000.00 dinars or more, delivery is free.
Couriers of the Daily Express (an external company that delivers goods for us), deliver shipments to the delivery address in the period from 8 am to 4 pm. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport packaging is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice, if the courier does not find you at the address, to call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.
The Buyer will be notified of the delivery time by phone by the courier service.
The delivery deadline is from the first working day after the order is executed. For goods purchased through the Internet store, the delivery time is up to 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the order by the Seller.
During the discount and holiday period, the delivery time may be longer than previously stated.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
