The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the moment the goods arrive in the consumer’s country, or a third party designated by the consumer, which is not the carrier, without giving reasons and additional costs (hereinafter: withdrawal from contract).
Refund costs are borne exclusively by the customer, unless the reason for the refund is an Affinity online store error, such as: sent model, color or size that you did not order or sent the item with a feller. In cases of our error, send the goods exclusively by D Express courier service.
The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement which he can give on a special form O073 A statement of withdrawal from a distance, contract is considered timely if it is sent to the seller within 14 days.
A statement of withdrawal shall take effect on the date on which it is sent to the seller.
The burden of proving that he acted in accordance with the provisions of this instruction, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, is on the consumer.
The consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods he returns, which arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
In case of return of goods or return of funds to the buyer who paid:
- to any of the payment cards (in part or in full) and regardless of the reason for the return: Afinity d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, make a refund to the account of the cardholder
- cash on delivery, regardless of the reason for the return: Affinity d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively by payment to the current account of the buyer.
